[vdr] diseqc.conf for rotor plugin

This is a known problem. You probably use a 2.6 kernel. Please patch vdr with the fd_frontend-patch (you find it in the patches directory of the plugin) and don't forget to rebuild both vdr and the plugin. Afterwards everything should work fine.
