[vdr] Content Descriptor

Reading thru Nordig spefification for DVB, it seems that it is
obligatory to send Content Descriptor.
It would be nice use that for something.
A beginning would be just to log the state of content-descriptor
to a log to see if it were usefull.
Same way as the state of running status is logged.
