[vdr] Streamdev questions

Hi,

I got streamdev working with vdr-1.3.30, and I am able to tune to a
channel via VLC media player on a windows box via URL
http://htpc:3000/PS/275.

This works fine, however, I am not able to change the channel on TV
anymore, and keeps locked onto 275 until I close the VLC client.  Is
there a way to allow VDR to change the channel via remote (or
vdradmin), and thus streamdev also starts streaming the channel I
switch to?

Also, how can I invoke a VDR recording say from a VLC client?
