[vdr] Need help with channels config for analog plugin

Anyone have a channels.conf example for Rogers in Canada using the
analogtv plugin? I finally got it to compile but I'm unsure how to setup
the channels conf file for the channels -- 2 through 70 on Rogers
standard cable.  How can I determine what apid and vpid to use?  Or even
the frequency since I just use the standard tuner channels 2 to 70?

Suggestions?
