[vdr] versions bump to vdr-image-0.2.4 // nothing changed ??

Hi all,

In the newest Version of vdr-image-0.2.4 i couldt not find some
information what have changed to the older version of vdr-image.
Can you give me some info, what is fixed or what is new.

Andreas (Hulk), your HP points also on the old 0.2.3 Version :(
