Hi, I don't have the episode, but I replied directly to you with a 
useful link. Unfortunately the mail bounced since your mail server is 
using some blacklist (evidently badly maintained since my fixed ip 
address is not and has never been a source of spam). Pity that in a 
misguided attempt to fight spam are legitimate users that are suffering.
