[vdr] Any volunteer to develop a IRate plugin ?

Hi Everybody,

I am a fan of VDR and IRate (http://irate.sourceforge.net/index.html).
Unfortunately, I dont have sufficient development knowledge to start a
plugin project for VDR. I just wondering if there is any volunteer to
develop an IRate VDR plugin ?
