[vdr] Can't compile streamdev/streamdevcvs with gcc4.0.1

Hi,

I try to compile streamdevcvs on my debian sid (gcc 4.0.1) but i get
a compilation error. I've try other streamdev version and even the
-fpermissive flag without success.
