[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] bitstreamout plugin 0.84 (AC3 loop through sound card)

Hi,

just uploaded the bitstreamout plugin 0.84. From the changelog:

  Wed Jun 22  9:12:24 CEST 2005

  - Add recording check to avoid to run into Add/DelPid trouble
  - Use switching thread even for VDR 1.3.21+

  Tue Jun  7 12:23:33 CEST 2005

  - The ORF sample provided by a user has a large delay gap
    therefore do not timeout after 3 seconds.
