[vdr] EPIA SP + budget hardware mpeg2/4 acceleration?

My planning is buy a Silverstone LC-11 case (came with a AGP2PCI riser 
card), EPIA motherboard, DVB-s card and DVB-t card. Can I have problems 
with the 2 cards and the riser?
Would you buy EPIA-M10k or wait for the EPIA-SP ?
