[vdr] No sound from Dxr3 (Hollywood+) with dxr3 plugin.

That did the trick! Thank you very much.
It seemed like I had some leftovers from another ffmpeg installation in a
place where the makefile pointed to, exactly as you said.

Removed, changed path in makefile, compiled, and viola: sound is coming out
of the speakers!
