[vdr] bitstreamout 0.70 and vdr 1.3.22

Hi,

i noticed that the bitstreamout-plugin doesn't work anymore with
newer recordings.
Old recordings are played fine (in pre 1.3.19 compatibly mode).
If I replay a recording made with 1.3.22 (eg spiderman :-( )
my receiver switches to DD5.1 but nothing to hear.

The recording should be OK because mplayer can decode the AC3
stream. Live-ac3 and replaying of older recordings does work, too.

Versions:
vdr 1.3.22 (tested with and without the cDolbyRepacker patch)
bitstreamout 0.70
receiver: Sony STR DB930QS
soundcard: cmi8738 onboard
