Well, before anyone complains about the non-working provider, I've to
admit that my Canal Digital transponder setting was just an educated
guess, because I don't have access to S1W. :) It was just something
extra besides the translation (and forgot to mention that while
submitting the patch).

Most likely Canal Digital won't work out of the box, but if you'll'
know the real working settings, just let us know too.
