All dvb driver packages on the download page are obsolete.

With kernel 2.6 you should use the drivers shipped with the kernel
unless you have very new hardware and you have to use CVS drivers.

The latest greatest CVS dvb-kernel drivers can be found here:
http://linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/dvb-kernel.tar.gz?view=tar
For these drivers you need kernel 2.6.13 or later.
