[vdr] Autopid problem when playing with RID's in channels.conf

Hi to all,

I have a small problem with autopid. For example I have two occurencies
of the same channel in different sections, with different RID :

:Section 1
channel: ...              (RID=1)
...
:Section 2
channel: ...              (RID=0)

channel is an encrypted channel.
Then the autopid function only work with the first one (CA update). I
don't know whether it is because it's the first one of if it's the one
with the highest PID. The two CA's were set to 0 to make the test.
