[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] vdrtimer

A small Perl-script which hopefully makes creating times via SVDRP a  
little bit easier.

Example:
$ ./vdrtimer erste 4.18 20:14 21:16 One Two
1 Das Erste;ARD
165 ARD "Das Erste";Deutsche Telekom AG
911 Das Erste
Channel?: 1

Creates a timer from 20:14 till 21:16 for channel 1 (selected by the  
user) at April 18th with the title "One Two".
