[vdr] vdr-1.3.42 + alphacrypt cam + premiere

Hi,

When I shutdown my vdr box while a premiere channel is selected,
the result is that after a reboot the premiere channel can't get a 
signal.
It is enough to go to the channels menu and select the same channel to 
get a signal again.

The same behaviour happens after reloading the modules of the dvb card.

I am using a tt dvb-c 2.1 with kernel 2.6.13
