[vdr] Integrate OnlyPID-Oatch into VDR or make VDR compatible with it...

Hi Klaus,

I'm always using the OnlyPID Patch to update only the PIDs of my channels.

With some changes in VDR 1.3.4x it is not possible to use the patch 
anymore because a Vanilla VDR does not accept the option new transponder 
= 5 and restarts.

So could you please integrate the OnlyPID-Patch in VDR or make VDR 
accepting other values for new transponder?
