[vdr] Announce: Radiolist plugin

Hallo,

    in order to enable every key on my new remote control I wrote a 
little plugin which
provides a second channel list. It includes all channels with VPID = 0 
(usually radio channels).

Mainmenu entry and channel seperators can be switched on/off in setup.
