If you're using the Livna rpm's, there's a commented out example how to
do that for event2 in /etc/udev/rules.d/51-vdr.rules.  Just change it to
event0, uncomment it, and the device node should be created with
VDR-friendly permissions after the next reboot.  (Before the next
reboot, you can try it out with "chgrp video /dev/input/event0".)
