[vdr] VDR version 1.3.38 incompatible with vdradmin?

Having built the new 1.3.38 (and made the necessary changes to run 
non-root) I find an incompatibility with vdradmin, specifically VDRAdmin 
0.97-am3.4.2.

The "Playing Today" and "What's on now" displays are blank. The "Channels" 
menu works, but all programmes have a date of Thursday 1/1/1970. Timers 
and Recordings seem OK.

Looking at the output of VDR using svrdpsend.pl it seems the format of EPG 
responses has changed. This extract is from 1.3.37:
