[vdr] vdr-1.3.38 compile problem

urpmf sys/capability.h

tells me that it's in package lib64cap1-devel (with x86_64), so just
issue an

urpmi lib64cap1-devel

(it should be "urpmi libcap1-devel" under plain x86)

to install the missing package.
