[vdr] Where to send patch for vdr-locker plugin?

You may it to this mailing list. Whoever uses it may this way use the 
patch.
(I think the big-plugin package from Frank99 at vdr-portal.de has locker 
still in)

I think vdr-locker wasn't maintained for a while (1,5 years) so we can 
assume it's discontinued.
There is a new vdr-pin plugin that is very alive and seems a good 
replacement.
