[vdr] Alphacrypt Light needs reboot?

Hallo,

    I got an AlphaCrypt Light and it works with my Premiere Smartcard so 
far.

Hauppauge Nexus-S with 3,5" CI device.

Unfortunately the CAM ist not available after starting the VDR. I need 
to reboot to see it in the CI menu.
Sometimes remove/ reload the dvb_ttpci module is sufficent but not every 
time.
I googled about that but only found people who had the same problem 
without a solution.

Is a reboot required or is there another solution?
