[vdr] vdr 1.3.41: channel up/down doesn't work

Please try changing the line

   if (Channel && !Channel->GroupSep() && cDevice::GetDevice(Channel, 0))

in menu.c to

   if (Channel && !Channel->GroupSep() && (PrimaryDevice()->ProvidesChannel(Channel, Setup.PrimaryLimit) || cDevice::GetDevice(Channel, 0)))

(untested, just an idea).
