[vdr] pvrinput compile fails with vdr-1.4.0

Hi.
I've compiled this ok against 1.3.46, but am preparing to make the leap to 
1.4.0.

Everything other plugin I use seems ok, except pvrinput

Is this plugin not supported with my version of v4l?

Can anyone help?
