[vdr] No recording-name in an episode-folder

I always thought it would be an extremely geeky feature if VDR would 
auto-number episodes somehow, like "Enterprise~4x04 Borderland", 
"Enterprise~4x05 Cold Station 12" etc., however tracking the 'next 
number' and formatting it nicely would be quite difficult.
