[vdr] Problem with two cards

The dmesg output does not look suspicious at all. It seems as if both 
cards have been registered successfully.
The only thing you can do, (that I can think of right now) was to write 
to the linux-dvb list and ask the developers there if they have ever 
tested this particular setup and if it could cause problems.
