[vdr] Blocking the playback of recordings in plugins

For live TV, VDR runs a transfer thread and the replaying device may use
cDevice::Transferring() to detect this (works at least for vdr-xine in
cXineDevice::SetPlayMode() for PlayMode being != pmNone).
