[vdr] Help of SVDRP commands

No, not really, but I was wondering why this was implemented. I prefer
readable commands like "ISTIMERRUNNING" (just an example), I can
remember these better than ITRN or something like this  :)
But I can cut down the commands to below 10 chars without a problem.
Just wondering  :)
