[vdr] Not good behaviour from vdr

Should be on loss if video, not just loss of signal. Doesn't happen often, but I have seen video go during a storm while femon still says there is a lock.

  I like the idea of appending the "?" symbol to every recording that triggers the "no signal" flag.
