[vdr] [PATCH] Fix build with GCC 4.3's cleaned up C++ headers

Hello,

Attached is a patch that fixes VDR 1.4.7's build for me on Fedora 9 devel 
against GCC 4.3's cleaned up C++ headers.  The build errors were due to 
INT_MAX not being defined.
