The VIA S3 Chrome S27 looks interesting. If the unichrome /  
openchrome / viaexp can be used to do HW assisted H.264 decoding with

, it could be interesting as an easy upgrade similar to the reelbox H. 
264 capable card. I think this card already accelerates mpeg2 decoding  
with the current drivers.
