a new version of IPTV plugin for both stable and developer VDR series is 
now available:

- Fixed some lint warnings.
- Added Italian translation (Thanks to Gringo).
- Added '-Wno-parentheses' to the compiler options.
- Mapped 'kInfo' as help key in setup menu.
- Refactored statistic collecting code.
