[vdr] beta test: e-tobi's vdr packages for Ubuntu

Well, it was so expected!!! Nice work, I'll try to test on my vdr pc. 
Before that I had used Tobi repositories packages for VDR with ubuntu 
8.04 but some of them required  compilations from sources.
