[vdr] [PATCH] S2API for vdr-1.7.0 (quick hack for DVB-S/DVB-S2)

I have installed 3 patches and I couldn't compile the VDR 171

dvbdevice.c:914: error: ‘DVBFE_MOD_QAM256’ was not declared in this scope

dvbdevice.c:941: error: ‘dvbfe_modulation’ was not declared in this scope
