[vdr] Frequent use of femon leads to "Too many open files", frontend0 file handles aren't closed

Hi, I just tried to reproduce this on my system and if you're using 
"OPEN" and "QUIT" command pairs the opened frontend just won't get 
closed. I'll take a deeper look at it later...
