[vdr] no channel update for certain channels

Nope vdr changes the correct channel data to:

ITVHD;BSkyB:11427:hC23M2O0S0:S28.2E:27500:3404+3401=11:0;3402=eng:0:0:10510:0:0:0

Without adding 0x0B it's being changed to:

ITV HD;BSkyB:11427:hC23M2O0S0:S28.2E:27500:0:0;3402=eng:0:0:10510:0:0:0
