[vdr] Audio problems with vdr-sxfe

Cannot reproduce with vdr-1.7.8, vdr-xine-0.9.3, xine-lib-1.2 +
xine-lib-1.2-vdpau-r275.patch and this channel:

arte
HD;ZDFvision:11361:hC23M5O35S1:S19.2E:22000:6210=27:6221=deu,6222=fra;6220=deu:6230:0:11120:1:1011:0

BTW: I have reverted this changeset in xine-lib-1.2 which is part
of xine-lib-1.1 too, but not part of xine-vdpau:
