[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] Hard link cutter patch 0.2.2

Hi list,

Hard link cutter patch goes into the next round. The 0.2.2 version fixes 
GCC-4.4 compile issues, is ready for VDR-1.7.6 - VDR-1.7.8, and comes in 
a special version for the soon to be announced VDR-1.6.0-2-tsplay patch.

All in all, there are four versions of the 0.2.2 patch:
vdr-1.5.13 to vdr-1.7.3
vdr-1.7.4 to vdr-1.7.5
vdr-1.7.6 to vdr-1-7-8+
vdr-1.6.0-2-tsplay



Quick info:
The hard link cutter patch changes the recording editing algorithms of
VDR to use file system hard links to 'copy' recording files whenever
possible to speed up editing recordings noticeably.
