Tomas, you forgot to add to git patch from vdr-portal (topic
http://vdr-portal.de/board/thread.php?threadid=89827), adds definition
encoding. 
I just have added into this patch some our providers DRE (4AE0. ..) and
others. Please include this in git:
http://ag1455.nm.ru/VDR/Complete-GetCryptedSystem-text2skin.diff.tar.bz2. 
For such version is already exists the skin and it works:
http://ag1455.nm.ru/VDR/AvP-07-10.tar.bz2
