[vdr] How about implementing truecolor in VDR?

IIRC Klaus had already started working on updating VDR's osd to
support truecolor.  I think he was trying to iron out some issues
regarding high resolution with high color scenarios.  Further, I
recall discussions about vdpau being able to assist in drawing those
osd's if it's available.  There's a lot of user interest in this osd
upgrade so hopefully it's still on the priority list.  Someone told me
Klaus sold his company so I'm sure he's just been busy with that if
so.
