[vdr] vdr-1.7.15 dvb-t channel mismatch

The zero TID is due to an old bug in the dvb-apps scan tool. Buggy
versions seemed to always return that for channels in the first scanned
mux and perhaps in some other cases too.

The problem has been fixed in January, but most distributions carry
older versions.
