[vdr] New tool to load VDR with XMLTV Data

Hi,

 Do you know the xmltv2vdr plugin?
 http://projects.vdr-developer.org/git/vdr-plugin-xmltv2vdr.git/

 Maybe it's sufficient to write a grabber (aka downloader) for it?
