Thank you, for submit a patch with italian and french translation.

The program can control the output device of different ways.

"Send encoded frame several times" = "No" mean
Image will be encode as MPEG-Frame an played once with
cDevice::DeviceStillPicture.



"Send encoded frame several times" = "Yes" mean
Image will be encode as MPEG-Frame too, and will played many times with
cDevice::Play as endless movie.
If this function is used with a CRT monitor, the image appears better.
