The beep plugin generates a acoustic feedback through the internal speaker.
The following events cause a beep
- at shutdown message
- cutting finished successfully
- cutting abrupted with errors
Hardware requirements
- Internal speaker
Software requirements
On Kernel 2.6 you will need load module "pcspkr" or build it into kernel.
