All these, so called, "[[Full-featured Card|full-featured]]" or "[[Full-featured Card|premium]]" cards have a [[TI AV711x|AV711x]] [[MPEG-2 Decoder]] onboard. Please be sure to know their limitations before you go and spend a lot of money for these cards. You need at least one of them in your [[VDR]] System unless you install the [[VDR Software Decoder Plugin]]. All other DVB programs a free of this limitation.<br />
