DVB-H stands for Digital Video Broadcasting via Handhelds.
This is Digital Video Broadcasting for mobile devices like mobile phones or wikipedia:PDA.
This part of the DVB Standard is currently under testing. It expands on established technologies of the DVB-T part. Among other changes it uses MPEG4 from the start. The encoded streams have a resolution of 360x288 at 384 kBit/s or 180x144 at 128 kBit/s.
