DVB consists of a data packets, which carries a MPEG2 coded video/audio and EPG combined with other payload encapsulated in [[MPEG2 Transport Stream]]s. Depending on the transmission path there a different kinds of Digital TV, which are using different [[Modulation Scheme]]s, frequencies, transmission parameters and are optimized for different transmission networks and target devices.
