A device (Hard- and/or Software) that seperates different MPEG-2 Elementary Streams from a MPEG-2 Transport Stream or MPEG-2 Program Stream and feeds these elemetary data streams to the different (e.g. Audio or Video) MPEG-2 Decoders.
